'Who's That Girl' Movie Set to Open On March 2, 2011

“Who’s that Girl?” is topbilled by Anne Curtis, Luis Manzano and Eugene Domingo with special participation of Dina Bonnevie. Also in the movie are Candy Pangilinan, John Lapus, DJ Durano, Dino Imperial, Abby Bautista, Nadine Lustre, Bobby Yan, Joy Viado, Ricky Rivero, Mac-Mac and Dennis Padilla, under the direction Wenn Deramas.
Here’s the synopsis of the movie as released by Viva Films:
When the school wallflower gets a pep talk from the most popular campus heartthrob at her lowest moment, this becomes a life-changing moment for her.
Bea (Anne Curtis) transforms into a beautiful, intelligent and successful career woman, who has often fantasized about how her dream man John Eduque (Luis Manzano) had turned out to be. Until one day, she reads his name in the obituary. Bea is shattered with grief over a man she was not even romantically involved with. She goes to the wake in hysterics causing eyebrows to raise, especially the deceased’s widow. The John Eduque that passed away is actually the senior John Eduque, John’s father. Realizing her fumble, Bea hurriedly leaves, unaware of the damage she has caused to John’s family who suspects she is the unknown mistress. Mrs. Eduque succumbs to depression therefore John takes it upon himself to avenge his mother’s misery and hunts for the mystery woman. But instead of seeking revenge on Bea, John starts to fall for her the more he gets to know her. How will John’s mother react to this blossoming relationship? Will blood always be thicker than water? Or will love triumph in the end?

Cinco by Star Cinema will Set on July 14

Cinco is a upcoming Filipino horror film produced and released by Star Cinema. The film will consist of five different horror stories with various actors and directors.
It has 5 different episodes:
Uno: Braso
Dos: Paa
Tres: Puso
Kwatro: Mata
Cinco: Mukha
The first episode is Uno: Braso. Casts were composed of Sam Concepcion, AJ Perez, Robi Domingo, and Baron Geisler and was directed by Frasco Mortiz.
The second episode is Dos: Paa with Jodi Sta. Maria-Lacson and Joy Viado under the direction of Enrico Santos.
The third episode is Tres: Puso. The casts were Zanjoe Marudo, Pokwang, Valerie Garcia, Malou de Guzman. It was directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
Kwatro: Mata is the fourth episode starring Maja Salvador and Rayver Cruz. it was directed by Ato Bautista.
The fifth and final episode is Cinco: Mukha. Casts were, Mariel Rodriguez ,Jayson Gainza, Ketchup Eusebio and Soliman Cruz directed by Nick Olanka.
Cinco is set to be released this July 14,2010 in Philippines and on July 30, 2010 on USA. There will be a Cinco Online Press Q&A on July 7,2010 on Kapamilya Chat at ABS-CBN official website.

I'll Be There by Star Cinema Will Premiere on June 15
"I'll be There" movie under Star Cinema will have a red carpet premiere on June 15, 2010 at SM Megamall Cinema 10 and will show on June 16, 2010 nationwide. Topbilled by real-life father and daughter Gabby Concepcion and KC Concepcion with Jericho Rosales, it will make a real emotions but they they clarify that the story was not related to their real life. The members of the cast include Gee-Ann Abrahan, Luz Valdez, Mickey Ferriols, Cacai Bautista, Ikey Canoy, Celia Rodriguez, and Bugoy Cariño. It was directed by Maryo J. Delos Reyes.
Here Comes The Bride 2010 Movie Philippines
"Here Comes The Bride is the upcoming movie of Eugene Domingo after her success in Kimmy Dora and Angelica Panganiban. It is a Quantum Films co-production with OctoArts and Star Cinema under the direction of hris Martinez. It is the first time movie together with Angelica Panganiban and Eugene Domingo.
Angelica Panganiban will play the young bride, Eugene Domingo as the ninang, John Lapuz as the makeup artist/friend of the bride, Tuesday Vargas as the harassed yaya of the ring bearer, Jaime Fabregas as the groom’s grandfather and Tom Rodriguez as the groom. They will undergo “Body Swap” in the movie.
“Here Comes The Bride” will have their premiere night showing on May 11, 2010 and will be at the nationwide cinema on May 12, 2010.
